MEMBERSHIP FEE 2011-2014
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Full Membership is charged annually at the rate of one country fee plus one association fee per association in membership in that country.
- Individual Membership is charged at 35% of the country and association fee.
- Affiliate Membership is charged at 100% of the country fee only.
- Period of membership: Membership is for one year from 1st May to 31st June or from the date of application for membership until 31st June.
- Currency: Payments are in United State Dollar (US$).
- Invoices: Invoices will be issued by 31st May each year from the following year and payment must be made by 1st June of the following year. example: Invoices for 2011-2012 will be issued by 31st May 2010 and payable by 1st June 2011.
- Discount for Advance Payment: 5% reduction of the total due will awarded for payment of two years in advance.
- Refunds: No refunds will be given if members leave SEATGA within the membership year.
- Payment Methods: Membership Fee can be paid by Bank Transfer.
We ask that all members please send an email confirmation to info@seatga.org, confirming to EXBO that payment has been sent with the amount, method of payment, for which association(s) and/or members.
- Privacy Policy: Members information will not be shared with any organizations or Individual.
All members should inform SEATGA of the information that they wish to be displayed on our website.
